Policies
Shipping is specified under each item's listing. All orders are shipped via USPS within three business days after payment has been received unless specified. Some items are {Made-to-Order} (will be specified under listing and visit "current production time" page)
All orders are shipped with a confirmation from USPS and I will verify that the order was received. Therefore, I'm not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. I am more than happy to add insurance to your order, just email me with your request.
Currently, Chamel's Creations only ships within the U.S. for online orders. If you would like to upgrade or have your order sent internationally, please email before placing your order. I will be happy to meet your request.
Order will be shipped to Paypal address unless specified differently at checkout.
::Refunds & Exchanges::My goal is to ensure that all customers are 100% happy. However, if an error was made please contact me within three days of receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue. If a return is agreed upon, all items must be returned in "new" and "unused" condition and shipping fees are not refundable.
::Custom Orders::Chamel's Creations currently accepts custom orders for Sequoia products in quantities of five or more. See products under "Sequoia Collection Set". If you are interested in a group sale, please email and I would love to work with you.
::Sales & Promo Codes::Only one promo code can be used during a single checkout. Thanks!

::Care and Safety Precautions::{Hair Accessories}
All hair accessories should NOT be machine washed. Lightly spot clean with mild soap and water or a spot remover such as a Tide Pen.
{Purses/Bags/Clutches}
Spot clean or machine wash cold, lay flat to dry, medium low iron as needed. Fabric Scotchguard used to help repel stains
